ALPINE TOWER INSTALLATION - PART 1
The one thing that sets Cable Conveyor Systems apart from other companies is that we will preassemble these alpine towers in our facility in block-like sections. The units break down into block sections for easy shipment and simple installation at the customer’s facility. All the corner rails are bent and installed along with all can climbers. Those two items cause the most trouble for any installation.
ALPINE TOWER INSTALLATION - PART 2
Here, the conveyor is taking the product from a cooker unit and inclining up to a specific elevation and then conveying the product to brite stacking. Brite stacking is when product has been cooked and is being palletized unlabeled. The product will wait until it has passed QC. At that time it could be sent to labeling or just sit in storage until orders are placed for that product.
